Wo...I have to tell u what I think u already know... Working stress even from home is too much! I l had a great job working from home, great pay, great benefits... Mostly computer work and very little phone. I was 3 months into my diagnosis and 7 weeks out from my thymectomy. By day 3 I couldn't type more than 3 words and couldn't have any kind of conversation due to breathing troubles. That was the point I realized working was not an option. Now two years later many meds, ivig monthly and much improvement... I can spend a day gardening or cleaning and the next on the couch. Add any knd of stress into the situation and by noon I'm struggling to breath. You know the right answer in heart.
